Bridal Fashion week for Fall 2019 has just wrapped-up and we wanted to bring you some of our favourite wedding gowns and trends right from the runways today! For all of our brides or soon-to-be brides, you have an amazing season of wedding gowns coming up with a little bit of something for everyone. Whether you like graceful simplicity, beautiful romance, bohemian freedom or head-turning boldness there is something for you this season!
Take a peek at some of our favourite trends here:
1. Long Sleeves
The Meghan Markle affect was in full force on the runway this season and we saw elements of her gorgeous style trickle into many designers wedding gowns. One of our favourites was the addition of gorgeous long sleeves this weekend. For our mountain brides getting married in the winter, fall or spring this is the perfect trend to take advantage of because the mountain air is often chillier than expected during these seasons.

2. Colour that's not pink or blush
Bold colours and pastel colours that were not pink or blush took centre stage this season. We don't mind pink at all, but it's refreshing to see something different and exciting for our brides who want to make an impact. If you're not scared of colour, take advantage of some of the amazing designs and inspiration from the runways this year.

3. Minimalist or No embellishments
More cues from Meghan Markle, this season saw beautiful gowns without any appliques or embellishments. Clean, simple, minimalist gowns were spotted all over the runways and it's a trend we love for our modern brides. Even though a gown may not have any embellishments that doesn't stop it from being absolutely gorgeous and completely luxurious. Just take a peek at these wedding dresses from Fall 2019 to see what we mean and understand how beautiful this trend is.

For Fall 2019 we saw a new "accessory" on many wedding gowns that we loved - capes. We're not talking about red superhero capes but elegant, lacey accents to your wedding gown that create a gorgeous train flowing behind you. We love this trend because it allows brides to wear their hair any way they want and still have the effect of a beautiful long train as they walk down the aisle. See what we mean by beautiful capes on wedding gowns below.

5. Boho Layers
Our free-spirited brides will love the layers and lace that continued to accent so many wedding gowns for Fall 2019. Gorgeous layers, lots of lace, transparent sleeves and incredible relaxed silhouettes are what make these gowns so amazing and perfect for our mountain brides. Here are a few favourites we're sure you'll want to see.
